Avatar Gallery Problem

      On UCP or ACP, when changing the Avatar, if I select the Gallery Option a message appears saying "No avatars currently available"

      But inside "images/avatars/gallery" I've 4 folders with images inside each folder.

      This works well on any 3.0.x and any 3.1.x version.
