CLI Installer Fails

    Error rendering 'com.atlassian.jira.jira-view-issue-plugin:details-module'. Please contact your Jira administrators.

      php phpBB/install/phpbbcli.php install phpBB/docs/install-config.sample.yml

      This command fails:

      [ERROR] INVALID_CONFIGURATION
      ->cannotBeEmpty() is not applicable to NumericNodeDefinition.

      Same error when trying to validate the config file as well.
