There is an Error page shown when I do Manage users -> Anonymous -> Select Form -> Avatar when board wide all avatar settings are disabled.
The error text produced is:
Fatal error: Call to a member function localize_errors() on null in /home/someone/public_html/forum/includes/acp/acp_users.php on line 1904
I posted this on IRC and another IRC user rxu confirmed that he can reproduce it.
This error text also gets shown with initial Founder user also.
