The memberlist is not displaying the members correctly (examples in the screenshots):

• the newest members are not displayed on the last page of the memberlist
• however, if you sort by joined date descending you will see the newest members on top on the first page
• but when you sort by joined date (ascending) as it is the default sorting the newest members are not on the last page

The bug appeared on 3.1.7-pl1 I did not observe it on 3.1.6
