On testing my digests extension I discovered that if you create a forum, initially the "admin" (or whatever username is given to admin) does not have the user_timezone set. This caused my digests extension to fail because I depended on it to create a timezone offset. Suggest the install program set it to the board timezone or perhaps GMT depending on the hassle involved.
