phpBB debug errors during installation

      In the last step of the 3.2-dev installation i get the following phpBB debugs. 

      [phpBB debug] "Constant PHPBB_ENVIRONMENT already defined" in file /var/www/html/phpBB3/config.php on line 16

      The installation itself works fine. Above the error messages. You will see.
