Long topic titles look all messed up, everywhere they display. especially in posts where they keep repeating again and again.

I propose we trim them to a limited number of characters that wont break the layout, and provide the full topic title in the title tag. From what ive seen in area51 and its prosilver width, the maximum character numer, including spaces, is 93. Anything over that should be trimmed.
