Trailing paths and PATH_INFO is not supported by phpBB 3.0

      When trying to upgrade a phpBB 3.0.12 board, loading http://sitename.com/forum/install, phpBB 3.0.13 installation routine shows the following error only:
      Trailing paths and PATH_INFO is not supported by phpBB 3.0

      Impossible to run phpBB's installation.
