Bug found in extension manager

      when in the customise and manage extensions if I re-check all versions I get this error

      Fatal error: Wrong parameters for Exception([string $exception [, long $code [, Exception $previous = NULL]]]) in /public_html/new/phpbb/file_downloader.php on line 72

      I get this error with Extensions installed and without any extensions installed.
