Steps to replicate:
1) Register a user account, UserA
2) Make a post as UserA. It will require approval, as expected
3) Now, as a moderator, edit the post, and submit.
4) The post is now approved.
There's also no log of the post being approved.
Editing an unapproved post as a moderator/admin approves it
