When you view a topic with a mobile device or something with a smaller resolution, prosilver is displayed in the "responsive"-mode.

In that the poster-profile appears above the posting. From that view you are not able to contact the posting-author without going to his userprofile.

Instead there should be the "speech-ballon" as in normal-view to contact the user without detour over his profile.

As marked in "yellow" the speech-balloon should appear on this place.
