"Private messages" in viewtopic.php should be "Send pivate message"

      In viewtopic.php, the PM icon has been replaced by text. I now have 2 options to contact a user there: "Email" and "Private messages". The "Private messages" title is not intuitive.

      The 'PRIVATE_MESSAGES' variable from common.php is reused here; we should have a separate variable in viewtopic.php that says "Send private message".
