Don't run MSSQL so can't confirm this, but it seems a few users have had an issue with running certain queries on MSSQL, specifically when installing AutoMOD, see Ticket #63415,

However, not sure if it is strictly an AutoMOD error because the issue has been reported as being caused by the way MSSQL queries are escaped in includes/db/db_tools.php, see Re: Install Error :: MSSQL / SQL Native Client 11 for more information.
