Some fields in the Attachment settings could support bigger file size than Mb:

• Total attachment quota
• Maximum file size
• Maximum file size messaging

Some fields doesn't have the file size dropdown menu yet:

• Minimum thumbnail file size
• Maximum avatar file size (in the Avatar settings)
