Update process doesn't preserve total redirects for links

      I updated test forum from phpBB 3.0.10 to 3.1.0a2
      (I used file from 22. January 2014 from here) and it seems that update process doesn't preserve number of total redirects for links from phpBB 3.0.x forum.
