Some templates in prosilver start with new line character.

Most of those templates are included in middle of output, so its not an issue. However, posting_body.html is main template so HTML output of posting form doesn't start with doctype declaration, forcing older browsers into quirks mode.

Also in posting_body.html tabulation before including main templates is causing same issue.
