Cyrillic URLs are not shown as clickable links when viewing topics in 3.0.11. I believe this worked fine in 3.0.10 and in other previous versions.
Example: "[url=http://lurkmore.ru/Хатуль_мадан]хождение по цепи[/url]" text is shown in topic view instead of "хождение по цепи" text that links to "http://lurkmore.ru/Хатуль_мадан".

Please disregard - same in 3.0.10 and seems to be same as PHPBB3-9713, where
