Allow INCLUDE template macros to accept paths of the form {FOO}/a/{BAR}/c

      Currently INCLUDE macros (INCLUDE, INCLUDEJS and INCLUDEPHP) only accept either a path of the form a/b/c or

      {FOO}

      but not a mixture between the two. It would be useful to allow the latter.
