When a user on moderation queue posts a new unapproved topic and a moderator views the index page (generated by display_forums()) moderators will see the topic count increment (it remains the same for normal users), but post count remains the same. When the post is then approved, the post count increments and topic count remains the same.

This behavior is unexpected. Instead, the post count should account for unapproved posts when the user is a moderator, as it does for the topic count.
