Font jumping in prosilver

      My users use the fontsize feature in prosilver style, and for sample change the size to A++.
      After reload page(the Ctrl+F5 in browser) or load page after some pause, the fonts size jumping from normal size to A++, and this annoying users.
      I'm try to make fix for this (please check attached file).
