The emphasis that is supposed to be added to excluded bans in the ban list is only rendered in FireFox and not Chrome or IE. Chrome reports that the font-weight value is overridden by the user agent stylesheet. IE's style trace shows that it's applied, but doesn't render it. Something like the color attribute may need to be used instead.
