    Description

      Today one extension of mine got validated, the 3.1 version of this one
      https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/extension/topics_hierarchy/

      While for the 3.2 version the announce has been correctly posted, this time was not.
      In fact it is not present in the 3.1 ext db releases forum.

      I correctly received the PM for both versions.

      I have been told to file a bug report here.
