update instructions lack info regarding styles, extensions and languages

The owner of a board for which I've been the maintenance guy, wanted to update from 3.3.5 to 3.3.7 himself this time, so I sent him to the 

Minor Updates Within 3.3.x

He messed up because

The information  about what needs to be done with extensions, styles and languages when updating, has been removed.

The previous version included important information as:

• setting prosilver as default style
• setting BR English as default language
• updating other language packs
• disabling extensions and uploading new versions

Shouldn't this information be included in the update guide?
