    Description

      Fresh install of 3.0.8

      I installed a fresh copy of 3.0.8. On the ACP > POSTING tab > Manage extensions page, all groups are showing up as EXT_GROUP_XXXXX (XXXXX being the group name). I had another user test this and they are experiencing the same issue on a fresh 3.0.8 install.
