Password Changes: Password complexity is wrong

When "Password complexity" is set to "Must contain letters and numbers" (Limit username chars is set to "Any character", password length is 6 minimum) and you try, for example, "test123" as password you get the error "The password does not contain the required characters." If you try "Test123" it will work.
