Notifications "Mark all read" shouldn't ask for confirmation

The "Mark all read" link in the notifications drop-down asks the user to confirm this action. This behavior has been removed from marking topics and forums read. Therefore, this shouldn't be done on notifications, especially since the notifications will still be there. If a user wants to view them they still can easily do that.
