Use a bootstrap file for the classes that are always used

Some classes like these related to the DI or to the request are always used. To reduce the number of included files (and so to speed up the board) we should use a bootstrap file (like does Symfony: https://github.com/sensiolabs/SensioDistributionBundle/blob/master/Composer/ScriptHandler.php#L309-L372)
