No utility to time-wasting ACP login confirmation message/screen

    Description

      Since the dawn of time, one reauthenticating their ACP login has been greeted with the following message - "You have successfully authenticated and will now be redirected to the Administration Control Panel."

      I submit that this is completely without utility and serves only to waste the user's time. It is time to get rid of this.
