Set focus to password on re-authentication

PHPBB3-7417 added a lot of field focus tweaks, one of them is to set the focus to the username on the login page. Since the same page is used for re-authentication, it sets the focus to a field that already has a value. It would be nice to have it set it to the password field on re-authentication.
