Link parser issue with special characters

    Description

      Try posting the following link with auto link parsing enabled:
      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JörgTBD

      The link breaks at 'J', i.e. Just before the special character. A staff member found this bug back at our forum(forum.kde.org).

      P.S: I didn't provide PHP and MySQL info as this is reproducible at the phpBB community forum as well.
