Add permission control over profile fields: occupation, interests, etc.

There should be permissions which allow or deny the ability to edit the profile fields like occupation, interests and location. Probably the contact details like AIM messenger information as well.

That is the missing link in the permissions system to entirely stop the ability for a given usergroup to post any public information. e.g. to control spambots or to restrict underage users ability to post personal information.
