missing language pack defualt * explanation

British English is the default language pack, so it has the asterik next to it, but it doesn't explain what the asterik means.
but it does explain what it means for the manage report/denial reasons.

There is one default reason (marked with a *) you are not able to remove, this reason is normally used for custom messages if no reason fits.

how come nothing is said about the defualt for the language packs?
