Use different message template for jabber notification

    Description

      Jabber notification sends the message based on the same template (topic_notify.txt) as the email. Could we use a different (shorter) template for IM communication? Also can we include the text of the new entry to the topic, not just a link to it? Or the forst N sentences, first paragraph.
