"Find a Member" page / Memberlist

On the "Find a Member" (and memberlist) page, the jump to page link doesn't bring the javascript popup. Also, when there are no results, the bottom "Page 1 of 1" link still (would) bring up the popup, despite there being only one page. The top "Page 1 of 1" correctly doesn't link.

Also on the "Find a Member"page, when clicking to narrow by a specific letter, or ordering the results with the column header, it would be nice to put an anchor so that the user doesn't have to scroll back down past the input fields.

Also, we have a "Reset", but perhaps a "Clear" would be useful as well...
