List subforums-links separately in parent-forums' legend

It's being discussed in the phpbb community about how links show up with subforums and therefore you can't tell the difference between them.
So here is my idea for separating them.

Now, I'm thinking, where it says "Subforums", there should only be subforums listed next to it.
Then if there are links, right below it, show "Links" with the links listed next to it.

That would make things very definable.
