Converter gets "dead-ended"

Whilst the converter goes through all the stages of the coversion properly, it "dead-ends" at the very final step with "conversion complete", though with no buttons and/or links to finalise the process and take the user to the forum index or ACP (like the regular installer).

Actually hacking the URL and going straight to either works... as the conversion by that stage has happened successfully (assuming ./install is moved out of the way).
