Hide "Copy permissions" message, when permissions were copied.

When you create a new forum and use the Copy permissions feature and then Submit, you get a message that says:

Information

Forum created successfully.

Now you are able to set permissions for this forum.

with a link to the permissions settings for that forum. If the permissions have been copied from another forum, the message should only say:

Information

Forum created successfully.
