undefined index creating forum using altered forum admin role

alter default forum admin role – (refer pics 1 + 2)
apply altered role to administrator group (from Standard Admin to altered Forum Admin)
add test user to the admin group (no founder)
test user creates new forum
error – (refer pics 3 + 4)

(group) exisiting forum role applied to several users existing in 3.0.5, add new forums successfully using this role applied to whole group (client has used this role for admin since Gold).

(individual) removing any role assigned to admin group (default being Standard Admin) and assigning this role to a test user, results in the same error.
