Description
When you add or edit a question in the Q&A captcha, you can now leave the answers textarea empty and it will just safe without the expected error message: "Please fill in all fields and enter at least one answer.".
I'm almost 100% sure that this wasn't the case during 3.0.6-dev.
Bug verified on latest SVN by prototech and me. (RC2 also)
