3.0.6 RC1 admin edit post add attachment error

When admin edits a users post and add an attacment he get a:
"General Error
You are not allowed to access this file."

This happens on preview and submit.

The attachment is attached to the post, but not as inline.

You get the same error if you try to delete the attachment again.
