Min/max characters per posts also affects polls option

Hi, I notice in the svn you have new feature
Minimum characters per post/message:

I found that this minimum character also affects poll title and poll options.

I also test it in phpBB 3.0.5 with the maximum characters per post. I set it to low level. I know in live environment we never set it to low level (just for testing). I also found the same problems.
