Duplicate accesskeys: L (list bbcode + logout link) and u (underline bbcode + ucp link)

I just noticed that (in prosilver - didn't check subSilver2) two accesskeys are used twice:
[list: soqxv0be]

• L is used for the logout link and the list bbcode
• U is used for the ucp link and the underline bbcode
