Fix alternative image-description for unread posts.

Hi,
the icons "forum_(un)read*.gif" are described and translated with "(No) new posts". That is wrong!
Right would be "unread posts" an "no unread posts"!
"New" depends on the last visit, but "read" and "unread" is independent of the last visit!
