When you open the userslist as normal user, you don't see users that are not activated, this is good. But when you search for a non-activated user in the ACP using his emailaddress, the user doesn't show up.

I think that when an admin searches for users, they should always find it.

I often get mail bounces with only the emailaddress used at registration and I can't search which users tried to register within the acp.
