Deleting all items from last page results in empty list display

I observed this bug in acp_inactive, though it's probably found wherever there are lists with mass deletes.

1. The list must contain at least two pages.
2. Go to last page.
3. Mark all.
4. Delete marked.
5. Follow return link.
6. An empty list is displayed.
