    Description

      I will explain this with an example:
      Let say that I want to ban the range IP: 85.195.64.0-85.195.127.255
      When the forum banning this range, it banning:
      85.195.64.*
      85.195.65.*
      85.195.66.*
      85.195.67.*
      ...
      85.195.125.*
      85.195.126.*
      85.195.127.0
      85.195.127.1
      85.195.127.2
      85.195.127.3
      ...
      85.195.127.254
      85.195.127.255

      For the latest C class it should be just 85.195.127.*
