"Approve Details" shown in mcp menu but cannot be selected

These steps are for the default mcp module tree. You can open an url like http://yourdomain.com/phpBB/mcp.php?i=queue&mode=unapproved_topics&f=123&t=123" target="_blank to directly see this error.
