Installer/updater should say which directory it was unable to chmod

Currently the installer/updater says "chmod(): Operation is not permitted" but it doesn't say which folder or file it's unable to chmod. (See screenshot)

It should be clear to the end user what file or directory it's about and what the end user should do to fix this.
