Link to PHP date() function

      In ACP/Board settings under Date format and in ucp/Board preferences/Edit global settings under My date format the link to the PHP date() function has changed from https://www.php.net/manual/function.date.php to https://www.php.net/manual/datetime.format.php.

       

      This affects the language files board.php on line 47 and ucp.php on line 119.
