Add event for profile field deletion

core.acp_profile_delete_before

There are multiple events when adding or modifying a profile field. However there are no corresponding events for when removing a field. I propose adding core.acp_profile_delete_before to includes/acp_profile.php. This will enable extensions to run cleanup functions before the field is removed.
